Return Policy

How Do I Return an Item?

We operate a 30-day risk-free return/exchange policy on all website products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item/s. Any returned item/s must be received by us  within 30 days of your initial invoice date. To make it easier for you, we ship all items with a return address label packed inside your order, just in case.

Custom work, special orders, personalized or engraved items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a flaw in manufacture or other error on our part. This includes Design Your Own items.

Return shipments can only be made after receipt of a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from us. Call or email us to get this number. Put your RAN number on the front of your returns package where it can easily be seen. Packages are to be returned to

Package your items securely, including your original invoice, all original packaging and any jewelry certificate report(s). Jewelry certificates come with diamonds. If you return a diamond, return the certificate that came with it. We are required to charge you a replacement fee of USD$250 per certificate for each certification report you do not return with a returned diamond.

Shipping charges at the time of purchase are non-refundable. You also pay for all shipping, insurance and handling costs associated with the return. Shipping and handling costs will be refunded only when the return is due to our error (as described above).

Please insure all jewelry valued over $500 when returning items to us. We will not be liable for any loss which may occur during the return process if items are not insured.

Returned item/s must be returned in their original unworn, undamaged state and condition. Should the item/s not be in their original state, we will be unable to process your refund. You will receive notification of your refund status in either case. Your refund will be processed following satisfactory inspection of the returned item/s

What if I Change My Mind After I Place My Order?
We know humans change their mind; our clients are no different. Orders can typically be changed until close of business the day you place your order (6pm, CST). Once we have shipped your order, it cannot be canceled or changed. If you are unhappy with your choice, we direct you to our Returns Policy to get your refund.

Canceling Custom Orders

We allow 24 hours to cancel customized orders. Customized orders include any Design Your Own items, special orders, custom work, personalization and/or engraved items. Because we allow 24 hours to cancel these orders, this also means we will not begin (irreversible) work until this period has expired.

Remember, customized items cannot be returned unless there is a flaw in manufacture or other error on our part.

What about wire transfers?

Processing of your wire transfer is in part dependent on the speed of your financial institution. We will let you know when the transfer reversal has been requested so you may track it with your financial institution. We are not liable for any fees your financial institution may charge as a result of reversing the wire transfer.
